One beautiful August morning I painted this scene “en plein air” (on location) at the historic McPolin Farm at the entrance to Park City, Utah. This former dairy farm, which dates back to 1886, was purchased by the citizens of Park City in 1990 thereby protecting and enhancing the entry corridor to the city and maintaining open space. It is the most significant visual feature of the valley and serves as a welcoming landmark to residents and visitors alike. |
